Do you offer plus-size swimwear?
Yes! Our Bra Sized Swimwear and Contemporary Swimwear collections include extended sizes to ensure everyone finds their perfect fit.
What’s the difference between drag suits and regular swimwear?
Drag suits are designed specifically for competitive swimmers to provide resistance during training, helping build muscle strength. They’re made from durable, slightly heavier fabric than regular swimwear.
Ordering & Account Questions
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save favorites, and checkout faster.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive instructions to reset your password within minutes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel, please email [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (10-15 business days after processing): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping (15-25 business days after processing): Free on orders over $50 via EMS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries (due to customs restrictions) and some remote locations with limited carrier access. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Click the tracking link in your email or enter the number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your shipping method).
My package shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
First, check with neighbors or your building management. If still missing, contact the carrier using your tracking number, then email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll help investigate.

Why was I charged more than the product price?

Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn
- With original tags attached
- In original packaging
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently, we process returns for refunds only. For a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following our return policy.
What if my swimwear has a defect?
We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. If you receive defective merchandise, please email photos of the issue to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
