Wave-worthy Policy: We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition – just like when they left our Virginia Beach warehouse.
1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Our return process is as smooth as our drag suits in water:

- Wait for Approval: Our Virginia Beach team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Package & Ship: Securely pack your return (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to our return address.
- Track Your Return: Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
2. Return Shipping Information
Just like choosing between our standard and free shipping options, you have return shipping choices:
- Customer-Paid Returns: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Original Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable, like the protective layer on our chlorine-resistant fabrics.
- International Returns: Note that we cannot accept returns from certain Asian countries and remote areas due to customs restrictions.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.

4. Exchange Process
Need a different size in those Japanese-style boardshorts or bra-sized swimwear?
- Follow the same return process above, indicating you’d like an exchange.
- Specify the replacement item(s) and size/color preferences.
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (standard shipping fees apply for the new item).
5. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Flotation Devices: For obvious safety reasons, these must be new when purchased.
- Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Used or Damaged Items: Swimwear that shows signs of wear, has been washed, or is missing tags.
